Stardew Valley Gift Lookup: Year 1 Villager Filter

Updated: September 6, 2026 · Unofficial fan tool

Type a villager or gift name to filter the table. This is a Year 1 helper—not a complete wiki dump. Always watch the in-game reaction.

How to use: Filter by villager or item text. Prefer birthday gifts over daily spam. For habits and anti-FOMO, read Gifting basics first.

Loved gifts listed are common examples for modern Stardew (1.6-era). Preferences can include more items than we show. If unsure, talk only.

How we use this on our save

  1. Check mail / calendar for birthdays.
  2. Search that villager here and see if we already have a loved example in the gift chest.
  3. If not, talk only—do not force a disliked forage.
  4. Return to watering and money loops; social is a side quest in Year 1.

FAQ

Is this every loved gift in the game?

No. It is a Year 1 lookup subset with common loved examples. Check the Collections / villager taste UI and in-game reactions for the full picture.

Why isn’t every villager listed?

We prioritized town NPCs you meet while running Year 1 errands. More rows can be added later without turning this into a wiki mirror.

Should I gift every day?

Usually no. See Gifting basics—birthday-first beats daily spam.
